We realize that expectations don’t always translate when a product arrives. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange for unused merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Once the returned item is received, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not deemed unused or not in its original condition and packaging.
